Hadassa

Located in the heart of Tel Aviv, near Kikar Rabin, this 100 sqm apartment was completely renovated and redesigned to suit the everyday life of a family with two children, while providing generous space for their creative activities.

The layout was carefully reworked to improve circulation and reorganize the spaces around the family’s current needs, while anticipating how these may evolve over time. The entrance was designed as a flexible, generous space that can eventually be transformed into a home office when the children move into separate bedrooms.

The bathrooms were also a key part of the transformation. The original large bathroom was entirely reconfigured to create a private master suite with its own bathroom, alongside a separate bathroom dedicated to the children.

Custom-made joinery plays an important role in both the organization and the aesthetic of the home. Built-in storage was designed throughout the apartment to make the most of every square meter, maintain a sense of openness and provide maximum functionality for everyday life. The kitchen, entirely custom-made by a carpenter, follows the same approach, balancing practicality, simplicity and character.

Finally, the materials, colors and finishes were carefully selected in close collaboration with the owners. This shared process gives the apartment a warm and distinctive identity, where each design choice reflects the personality of its inhabitants while creating a coherent and timeless home.
