The kitchen, conceived as a semi-open space, maintains a natural connection with the reception area while discreetly concealing the technical zones. Compact yet cleverly designed, it provides generous storage solutions and integrates seamlessly into the overall atmosphere.

By allowing natural light to flood in and creating an airy living area, the main space becomes both comfortable for daily life and ideal for entertaining.

Upstairs, the 60 sqm rooftop terrace has been transformed into a true open-air living room.
Custom planters and moucharabieh screens ensure privacy, frame the sea view, and define a seasonal outdoor bathroom adjoining the master suite.
