This newly built duplex penthouse in the heart of Yafo was entirely reimagined to enhance flow, light, and connection to its surroundings.

The layout was redesigned to make most of the building's structure and its panoramic potential.

The upper floor was transformed into a generous, light-filled living area wrapped by a spacious terrace. Open yet intimate, this elevated space is perfect for entertaining or quiet evenings, with every corner oriented to embrace the outdoors and the seaview.

Downstairs, the private level was organized around calm and comfort. Bedrooms are arranged to offer privacy and restful retreat, while maintaining an intuitive connection to the rest of the home.
