Homa Migdal

In this full renovation project, we completely rethought the layout of a 75 m² apartment to meet the evolving needs of its occupants.

The kitchen was expanded and custom-designed by a cabinetmaker to fit seamlessly into the space and make the most of every available corner.

The main bathroom was redesigned to be more functional, comfortable, and naturally bright.

A modern shower room was also created in place of the former service terrace, directly connected to one of the bedrooms — offering a practical and intimate ensuite.

Despite the modest size and budget, the transformation brought a real improvement in daily comfort and quality of life — proof that even small spaces can deliver beautiful, meaningful results.
