In the heart of the Marais, this 30 sqm apartment in a historic Parisian building was completely restructured to make every centimeter count.
The challenge: create a functional and comfortable home within a compact footprint, while preserving the charm of the old structure. A new optimized layout was designed to integrate all the essentials — sleeping area, kitchen, storage, and living space.
A soft palette of whites and natural wood provides a calm, spacious feel, acting as a clean backdrop for subtle touches of color that infuse personality and warmth. Clever built-ins and hidden storage solutions ensure that the apartment remains open and fluid, adapting effortlessly to daily life.
The result is a small-scale home with a generous spirit — thoughtful, efficient, and full of character.
